Thank you for your interest in helping these special dogs!

When filling out this application, please be as complete as possible.

The first part, “Your Contact Details”, allows us to get to know how you might be interested to help, and gives us a way to contact you. The second part, “Volunteer and Foster Agreement  and Release”, outlines the terms and responsibilities of our volunteers. You must check the acceptance box near the bottom of the release form, type your name and the date, and press “submit” to send the form to us.

Once you submit the form, you will receive an automated email with a copy of the agreement. If you don’t receive that email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. Email is a very important way for us to communicate, and we need to be on your white-list.

At this point, our priority is finding volunteers within the State of Ohio or the closely surrounding areas. However, volunteers from any location will be considered.

We hope we can find the right opportunities for you to help our special-needs dogs. If you have questions or comments, please email us at info@RescuedRollers.com, or you can leave a message at 419-631-3927 and we’ll call you back as soon as possible. Thank you!

Thank you for offering your time to volunteer with Rescued Rollers. The work we do for the dogs would not be possible without the help of our volunteers. Please read through the agreement below, indicate your acceptance, and return it to a Board member.

    1. Volunteer Acknowledgement and Participation. I acknowledge that I have voluntarily agreed to serve as a volunteer for Rescued Rollers, a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Ohio. I also acknowledge that as a volunteer, I can refuse to perform any activity that I am not comfortable with, or that I feel is unsafe. I hereby agree to accept all risks of injury, death or damage to myself and/or my personal property, and I hereby relinquish all claims and actions now or in the future against Rescued Rollers. If I stop being a volunteer for Rescued Rollers, or upon their request at any time, I will promptly return all Rescued Rollers supplies, equipment, records, money, and other items.

    2. Photo, Video and Audio Release. I understand that as a Volunteer of Rescued Rollers, I may be recorded on film, video or other electronic recording media. I hereby consent to such recording and the use by Rescued Rollers of any recorded images or other media recordings of my name and likeness (“A-V Recordings”) for any purpose related to furtherance of the objectives of Rescued Rollers. In particular, I grant Rescued Rollers permission to copyright and use, reuse, publish and republish A-V Recordings, for art, advertising, or other purpose.

    3. Confidentiality. During my association with Rescued Rollers and thereafter, I will keep confidential, refrain from disclosing to others, and use only in the performance of my volunteer duties, all confidential information of Rescued Rollers that I develop or learn during the course of my association. Examples of confidential information include, but are not limited to, information on finances, donors, outreach programs, and information received from others that Rescued Rollers has agreed to keep confidential.

By submitting this application, and in consideration of this opportunity to volunteer, I agree to these terms and conditions, intending to be legally bound by them.
